The hotel is well-maintained. The staff at the reception desk are top-class and helpful. The rooms are updated and have a large bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options, including pastries and other dishes.

The place was clean with a very helpful and top-class staff at the reception desk. Modern, neat room with 2 beds, everything was really good. The location was easy near museum of science;))

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a safe area, just next door to many shopping center and science museum and Green Line and Museum of Science. We loved staying in this property!

The staff at the reception desk is very kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and have two beds. The hotel's location is wonderful and convenient, making it easy to access public transportation to downtown Boston.

The staff could not have been lovelier. Everyone went out of their way to answer questions and be helpful. Both the room and the breakfast were superb. The cinnaman rolls were incredible. The location was excellent. When I am in the Boston area I will definately stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites.

The hotel is exceptionally clean with professional and hard-working staff at the reception desk. The room is brand-new with a magnificent view. The breakfast offers delicious local food. The location is the best possible, close to Logan airport, colleges, Green Line, Museum of Science, and Cambridge. it's near the Lechmere subway station. It is an excellent value and a well-maintained hotel, definitely my first choice in Cambridge.

The location is not that good, although close from the main points of Cambridge. Good for a short business trip, but not for a longer touristic stay.

Everything was great, the place was fairly clean with a great staff at the reception desk, making it my next choice when I return.

I would avoid this hotel next time. It was quite pricey (250 a night) yet the basics weren't there: water dripped slowly from the shower and wifi connectivity was terrible (quasi non existent) in my room. Also, breakfast was awful.

Great Location and Convenient Amenities👌

This place is in a nice spot, right by the subway station and close to the Lechmere area we wanted to visit. Our room had a really comfy bed and a lovely view.

The units are well-furnished and have good-sized queen beds. The hotel is conveniently located close to Lechmere, shopping centers, the Green Line, and the airport.

I had reserved a room only because it was supposed to offer smoking rooms. When I got there, I found that it was 100% non-smoking. I was very angry because I would not have made the trip from Arizona to Boston at all if I had known that I could not smoke in the room. I should have been advised before I came of their new policy.
